Tower design calculation (Structural Analysis, Foundation design), Engineering erection drawings, workshop drawings and prototypes of structures, telecommunication and steel tower fabrication as well as manufacturing cards, are prepared using the latest version of PLS-Tower, AutoCAD and X Steel.
Design, analysis and optimization in this computerized environment renders not only compliance with the customer’s specifications, but also with national and international standards.

Production
BTE Energy
The manufacturing of towers and structures is performed by Baran Celik, BTE’s co founder partner.
Engineering calculations and structural designs of towers are prepared, analyzed by our expert engineers to attain the most cost effective and feasible engineering solutions with the latest computerized programs.
The data prepared by the engineering department is exported to the CNC machines ensuring the programmed parameters are delivered error free. Quality control data is recorded electronically at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Whenever a new product is manufactured or a new design introduced, a prototype is first prepared, then evaluated. Mass production starts only when all possible problems have been ruled out and continues under periodical quality checks.
Every part of the manufacturing process is subject to a three phase (initial, intermediate and final) quality control before reaching delivery.
